1 Half Marathon = 21.097494 Kilometers

Thanks, Google, you just made me want to vomit.

The training plan provided by the Little Rock Marathon site isn't terribly intimidating, though. At least not yet. Here's the Half Marathon Build Up Schedule:

Seems easy enough, right? Now, I haven't ran *just* a mile since I realized I could run a mile. Likely on the days listing one or two miles, I'll run three. Easy, easy.

It's the Half Marathon Plan that I've gotta admit, has me a little scared terrified. I'll post that up when I get to it!

If anyone has Half Marathon suggestions (like, how to survive) I'd love to hear them!
