I've Almost Done It & Goodbye 2016

Worked up the nerve to see the sports doctor, that is. Every time I try to run I spend the next few days trying to walk. The hip is that bad. And even though I haven't been running, it's getting worse. So I'm going to do it, I'm going to make the appointment.

Unless I talk myself out of it again.

I'm not going to backtrack and see if I achieved any of my 2016 goals, I'm just glad it's over. Goodbye 2016, you miserable piece of shit.

Welcome 2017. Let's do this one right, shall we?

My only two goals for 2017 so far are these:

1) Don't Skip Any Race I Sign Up For
2) Do Better Than Last Year

Sounds good? Good.
