That's all I really have to say about that, honestly.
Today was Day 2 of the 30 Day Challenges. I did the 20 second (and yesterday's 20 second) plank with little trouble. Yesterday's 10 second wall sit and today's 20 second wall sit totally sucked. It's only day two! The first and second day of the Squat Challenge haven't been bad, though.
Onward to day three.
