I just ran 6.38 miles. I went out with the intention to only do my usual 3.1, but just kept going. I think I could have gone farther than the 6.3, but when I stopped my legs were really weak so it's probably good I didn't. Took 91 minutes. Slow, but who cares right now?! Not me.
Terrible nausea afterwards though. I think it's because I didn't eat nearly enough today, or the fact that I'm hypoglycemic, or I just overdid it.. Or, most likely, a combination.
That doesn't take away from the fact that I ran 6 miles.
