I've Put it Off Long Enough Now [Week 5 : Day 1]

Day one of Week 5 has three intervals of 5 minute runs and 3 minute walks. I survived, despite still feeling like roadkill. I went to the gym today, too. A whole 45 minutes. Just sayin'.
